Back by popular demand will be the very talented Francisco Hernandez – Chilean born, super-chef and currently Executive Sous Chef at The Savoy Hotel, here in London.
Francisco will be with us as part of the Fine Dining Stars team who joined us for Mercado Chileno last year and began a culinary journey around Chile. Once again he will be highlighting different regional cuisines and putting the spotlight on Chile’s abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables and fish.
This year Francisco and his team with stop off on Easter Island, Chile’s remote and exotic territory in Polynesia. He will be showing you how to make Mahi Mahi and Tuna Ceviche, served with banana bread – don’t miss it!
In addition to the demonstrations and free tasters of what Francisco prepares in front of you, The Fine Dining Stars team will also be bringing along a selection of our favourite (and supremely delicious) Empanadas for you to purchase.
